When I click on send/receive button in Outlook 2002 I get the very helpful
error message "Operation has failed" I do not know how to correct this.
My internet connection is working. I can receive message headers. I can
successfully test an email accounts settings. Why can I not send/receive?
I have run the test and repair routine, that did not correct it.
