oppening dbf files

I´m trying to open a dbf file and appears the following message: "Cannot load
ole32.dd, vbajet32.dll or oleaut32.dll".
what can I do ?

How are you trying to open the file? Try Importing data from the Data Menu.

Data, Import External Data. Enter the database name (you may be prompted for
the Table name) and click OK

I verified that it only happens when I create a dbf file using visual fox pro
6.0. In others softwares it doesn´t happens. I created a dbf file using fox
2.6 and I have open it with excel, successfully.
