OPTION ATTACHMENT IN NEW MESSAGE

When I create a new message in outlook XP I have this
options:

TO:
CC:
CCO:
SUBJECT:

I would like to include in a new message the
option "ATTACHMENT" for atach new files, This option only
appears when I forward a message with a file attached. I
don´t want select any file with the option attach near the
option "SEND"

I want this configuration for new messages :


TO:
CC:
CCO:
SUBJECT:
ATTACHMENT:

How can I do this?
