option button/check box

Hi,

I am trying to get my head around option buttons and check boxes what I want
to do is simply place a number of these on a slide and let the user run
through selecting from pictures and then at the end of the slides produce a
slide with the chosen options on or printed out. Can anyone tell me where I
could look or even if it is possible.
