I have a couple of questions that I hope will be as simple to solve as my
mind is...
1. Set default for check boxes and option buttons to "unselected". Mine are
gray dotted.
2. When I try to create a new record in JobID form, old data in unbound text
boxes does not clear. Can I set something to accomplish this?
3. I can't add new items to Combo Lists? Can you help me fix this? I would
also like to set default value in some of my combo lists.
4. I cannot tell whether my parent/child relationship is okay or defined
between my main form JobID and the child Additional Info. The connecting
field is JobID. It's one to many, but Acc would not let me set referential
integrity. Not sure why, but subform does not show records entered in
corresponding Job.
5. a. How can I concatenate several fields from JobID form to create a doc
name that will hyperlink to existing doc on server?
b. I also need the means to allow for the creation of a new doc using the
appropriate software & stored in the appropriate location.
c. As well as the means to add an existing doc name that may be different in
structure to the concatenated style mentioned.
I know this a lot, but any help will be hugely appreciated!
