Option to enable Word as email editor grayed out

I recently installed Outlook 2002 (came with my IPAQ 2210)
on my work computer, running Windows ME. I was previously
using Outlook 2000 with Word as my editor, but cannot
choose that option after upgrading Outlook.

Thanks for any guidance you might have,

Your versions of Outlook and Word must match. Word 2000 with Outlook 2002
(XP) won't work.
