Option to uninstall PF Backup not in control panel

I cannot find the "Backup" option in the File menu in outlook 2003. So I
tried to reinstall PF backup, but it says it is already installed on my PC
and that if I wish to remove a previous copy of PF Backup to do so in the
Control Panel first before reinstalling PF Backup. However, the option to
remove PF Backup is not listed in the "Add or remove programs" menu in the
Control Panel. How to I go about removing this program when it is not listed
in the control panel. The PFBackup setup.exe program says it is already
installed on my PC. If it is, I can't find it or get it to work. Can anyone
help.
