Options All Ready Set???

I want to know if I can change tables and what not when I already have
everything turned off and I cant get to them to change. NEED HELP

Please elaborate on 'everything turned off' - what did you do (hide objects,
implement security, apply settings in Tools, Startup)??

If the last one, hold down the shiftkey while you open the database.
