Options dialogue box

Windows ME
Outlook 2000

I have two accounts for sending mail.
The default account is for regular every day mail, and the other is
specifically for sending and receiving mail from one very important client
(I'll call him Fred).

Whenever I want to send mail to Fred, I have to remember to click the
"Options" box and then go select the "Send message using:" and then click
the second account.

The problem is that I frequently forget to do this and the message ends up
being sent via the default account. Is there any way to automate the process
so that if the "Send to:" field has Fred's address, then something will
automatically switch to the second account?

There is nothing in the Rules Wizard, and I don't know what macro commands
to use in a custom rule.
Can anybody help?........ please.

Thanks

I don't know of any way. Certainly unmodified Outlook can't do it.
