I am unable to insert a table into my messages. So I went to the TOOLS ,
OPTIONS, MAIL FORMAT setting to make sure I am using the HTML message format
as well as using Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages...but the option box to
use Word is gray and I cannot check it. Anyone have any clues why this is
grayed?
