Options grayed out; how to change settings ?

Outlook 2002 (10.2627.X) on Win2K Server
After install I'm told the exchange server can't be found ( silly, there
aint one here) and then asked to use default folders; after this there is NO
WAY I can see to manage accounts or change settings ....Options is grayed
out...

Go into Control Panel | Mail and see what you have set in your profiles.
You should be able to remove the Exchange service from an existing profile,
or create a fresh profile.
