Options missing under VIEW pull down menu

In Outlook 2003 I have a very weird situation- New message opened under the
View Pull down menu- Options should be an option which opens the message
options dialog box. However the toobar button for Options is there.

I am also running SP1 for Outlook 2003.

Weird- cannot figure out how to get it configured to show up in the view menu.

Any suggestions?

That is True but there is also another Options under the VIEW menu, another
copy of Outlook 2003 has it on the pull down menu. It is really the Message
Options box but is is under View, Options.

Also if you open a new message the options button will be there- it also
lets you add other options such as- CC, BCC for view purposes.

Having said that does anyone know how to renable this so that it appears
under the view menu?
