options - save print out and web to OneNote function

Why does this not work? I can change the options to save to current page, or
save to new page in current section and OneNote still saves to "unfiled
notes" folder. Is there a "fix" for this somewhere?

Some settings don't take effect until you close and restart onenote. Does
this still happen after doing this?
