Options: work/duration entered in hours/days

Greetings colleagues.

I encountered this undocumented bug? while changing
repeatedly the options "work/duration is entered in
hours/days".

The results were :
- summary level in days, task level in hours
- summary level in hours, task level in days
Note : Changing to days/days did not produce the correct
result

No KB article could be found and search in the newsgroups
produced zero hits.

Any ideas ?

Hi Erkki,

Not really! The changes to the defaults set in Tool/Options... apply to
anything you now do in the future. So, Durations will remain the same
unless you re-enter the data. However, as Summary tasks' Durations are in a
calculated field outside our control, relevant changes to Summaries
recalculate immediately.
