How do I set up MS Office so that it automatically adds people I reply to, to
my contacts? I have searched every sub-section of "Options" and I cannot find
the option.

Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. That is too bad, it made
creating a contact list a lot easier to make.

I just right-click the Sender's name in the email and use "Add to
Outlook Contacts". Aside from remembering to do it - it's pretty quick
and easy. :)

I think what you are looking for is in Office 2003 Outlook Junk email options.

Go to Actions, Junk email options, safe Senders.
