orange flashing file name !!!!

Every time I attempt to save as or print certain
documents the file name starts flashing orange at the
bottom of the screen and I am unable to do anything with
the file.

This problem is usually caused by a conflict the Norton Office Plug-in. See
"Title Bars Flash, Word Becomes Unresponsive, or Word Cannot Close" at
