Oranzation chart from address book

The Outlook address book has organizational information showing a manager and
direct reports. I am looking for a method to process this information into
an organization chart. I have tried looking for address book parsers, so I
can create a CSV file and have had no luck. I do not see any exporting
processes. Can anyone give me any leads?
