Order for installing SP's on W2k + O2k3?

Hi,

We've had a computer with various problems with OLE not working and
such... I was wondering if this was because I installed windows, and
then all it's service packs, and then office and all its service
packs... and then IE6.

Is there any order I should do this in, to prevent problems? My logic
says, if the packs are installed in the order they were released, it
might be less problematic than my previous approach.
