I did something recently which has caused all messages suddenly to be listed in my inbox with the oldest at the top and the most recent at the bottom. This means I have to scroll down to read anything new and deleting is a pain. How do I undo this?

I did something recently which has caused all messages suddenly to be listed
in my inbox with the oldest at the top and the most recent at the bottom. This

do I undo this?

Simply toggle on the little arrow at the top. This is a basic function in
all applications.

You can also use Entourage's custom arrangements:

I suggest starting at the Get Started page and going over all the links in
that section to learn the basics.

The Entourage Blog is also a good place to learn about using Entourage.
