Order Reply Form

Hello!

Is there a way in Outlook, to send a reply form, with graphics and tables,
where the customers just fill in the quantities they want to order, and
simply use the reply button to send their order.

What else could be done? Does anybody know?

Yes, if the customers are using Outlook, you can send them a preaddressed
..oft form template file.
