Ordering problem

I have ordered and paid for the Office 2007 package (after having the trial
version) but have had no confirmation e-mail and cannot find out how to
donwload my new version. Can anyone help?

any contact details...

Start buy going back to the website where you ordered it. Somewhere they
must be a "contact Us" link. You might also want to make sure your sale went
thru.
