Org Chart Box Sizing

The boxes in the org chart are wider than I need. How do
I make the boxes smaller so I can fit more text in? Also,
how can I turn on the word wrap for the boxes? The boxes
just get wider and wider and the text smaller and
smaller. This used to be so intuitive.

Which version of PPT? Maybe 2002, since you mention "used to."

If so, try turning off the autolayout options on the Org Chart toolbar.
