Org Chart Converted from Word 97 to Word XP

How do you edit Organization Chart boxes in Word XP after transferring a file created in Word 97 from an older PC? Editing Org Chart in Word 97 was through a separate application with a .opx extension. It looks like Word XP does edits of newly created org charts internally, but I can't edit a Word 97 file transferred to my new PC.
