Org Chart in Powerpoint

Shapes are overlapping in my org chart...any idea on how
to prevent this?

Dana,
Probably your turned off the autolayout feature in the org chart toolbar.
This enables you to change shapes individually in the chart by dragging or
resizing the boxes. The command is in the second list of the toolbar at the
bottom of the list. Turn it on again and everything should be allright.

I have always preferred to use shapes and auto-connectors to make such
charts. They are much more flexible and you can make beautiful boxes witth
the riased shadow setting. Let me know if you want an example and I'll mail
you one.
