Org chart shape sizes

Hello again,

Using Visio 2003 - when I create an Org Chart using the wizard, the
default shape sizes are too small - the Executive is 45x18mm, but the
Manager and Position are both 30x12 and I would like to make them
30x18. How can I do this so that it affects the Org Chart Wizard ?

I can create an org chart manually, set the shape size using the
Organization Chart -> Options menu and tick the box which says "Use
these option settings for new organization charts". This works fine
when I create a new Org Chart using File -> New -> Org Chart, however,
when I use the wizard (File -> New -> Org Chart wizard) it does not
use the same shape sizes.

So how can I change the default shape sized used by the Org Chart
Wizard in Visio 2003 ?

(I have tried changing the template file, but without any success)
