Org Chart Wizard Automation (ORGWIZ) Options

I'm trying to use ORGWIZ to autogenerate my organization chart. I am able to
do it, but using the documentation I could find, I wasn't able to emulate
some of the options in the wizard.

In particular:
Instead of using the /PAGES option, I'm trying to emulate the "I want the
wizard to automatically break my organization chart across pages" option
where I can specify the Name at top of page instead of just defaulting to the
top executive. (I want to specify someone who's not <Top Executive>)

Is there a command line option to do this?

I have already been to that web page, and seen the command line options listed.
I guess that there is an option that I would like to do in the command line
wizard that I can't find in the listed options. I'm using Visio 2007, and
the only documentation that I found was for Visio 2003. I was hoping that
maybe in Visio 2007 there was another command line option to handle the
scenario I'm looking for.

The functionality that I can do manually in the Org Chart Wizard, but I'm
unable to find in ORGWIZ.exe is:

There is an option to say "I want the wizard to automatically break my
organization chart across pages" option, and it allows me to specify the Name
at top of page instead of just defaulting to the top executive. This option
allows me to make an org chart for a subset of the organization (because I
can enter the name of the person who I want to be at the top of the first
page), but allows vizio to decide when to break up the pages.

Do you know if it is possible to emulate this option using ORGWIZ.exe
