Unable to edit org Charts in Word 2000. Followed steps in
Knowledge base article 444679, problem persists..
States I need to install, I follow the directions still
bombs!

Hi David,

What are the steps you're taking and what is
the error message you're getting? Please recheck
the MSKB article number as the one you listed
isn't listed as available.
