We are having problems with converting O/C from PPT97-
PPTXP. Font sizes are screwed up and it is hard to
reformat.
Any suggestions or hints???

You might try turning off the autolayout option on the Diagramming
toolbar in PPT 2002 (aka PPT XP). I don't know that that's going to
solve the problem, though. See
