Since installing Outlook 2002 as an upgrade from Office 2k (which I removed
before the installation and used the CD-ROM), on some occasions when I use
the Organise tool to move email messages to specific folders, I get the
following error...
The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem
persists, restart Outlook.
Once restarted, I can use the Organise tool perhaps once or twice, but then
I get the error again. Although not critical, this is very irritating.
Any help would be appreciated.
