Organising templates

Hi,

I've made an extra folder (named GS) in the default templates folder
with homemade templates.
If I search for a template using new => on my computer I see all
templates in the standard template folder, the default ones from Word
and the ones I made myself.

Is it possible to show the tab with my own templates on opening when I
open the templates using new => on my computer?

Also you can choose your view, i.e.:
- large pictograms
- list
- details

Is it possible to set the view default to details?

Using Word 2003.
