If I try to edit an organization chart in Powerpoint or Word 2003, the
application crashes saying "Microsoft XXX has encountered a problem and needs
to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience".
Also, starting at the same time, Visio no longer starts up: it also crahes
with the same message.
I have reinstalled Office 2003 and Visio to no effect. Any ideas?
