Hi:
I'm having a problem with the Position Shape on the Organization chart
stencils where if I type in more than 2 lines in the shape (by double
clicking on the shape), the text will sometimes disappear. I can't
successfully recreate this every time, but it seems to happen more often when
there's more than 2 full lines of text entered in separated with carriage
returns.
The problem happens in Visio 2007 running on Windows XP. I can't duplicate
this scenario at all on Windows Vista using Visio 2007. I know the shape
actually is only supposed to support a line for the name and a line for the
position, but in some cases to make the text to fit and appear a certain way
added spacing is needed.
Is there a work around for this?
