Organizational Chart

Any of you folks have in your bag of tricks a good way of creating an
organizational chart on a website using Publisher 2000? I'm fearing I'll
need to just type, push, shove and arranges until it looks acceptable. The
goal is to have lines linking President, VPs, the usual officers and then
committee positions and then district offices

I'm also considering some sort of organizational chart creating program and
then offer a pdf sheet via a link on the website.

This chart is on the Office site but you cannot download it if you have 2000 or
below. I saved it as a 2000 file, you might be able to use it.
