I'm having lots of problems using the Organizational Chart in 2002 version. When I add more co-workers and subordingates the font size for the persons at the top get smaller and smaller. I added an administrative assistant and four subordinates to one of the people at the manager level. The font size in each of the subordinate boxes is different - size 5, 6.5, 7.5, and 8.5.

the subordinate boxes is different - size 5, 6.5, 7.5, and 8.5.Yes, I find the applet to be quite poor in actual use. There doesn't seem to be
any way to get around having to format these things by hand in order to get them
to look right - ridiculous waste of time.

First, insert all the elements you're going to need in the OrgChart.

In the Layout menu, turn off the "AutoLayout" entry. The click each box and set
the font size you prefer. You can also click, then hold Shift and click
additional boxes to select all of them and apply the same size.

Do NOT turn AutoLayout back on!
