Organizational charts

Can someone help me solve this problem? Everytime I
insert an Organizational chart in word, I only see a
small line of text in document window. I don't see the
chart so I can use it.

If what you are seeing is { SHAPE \* MERGEFORMAT }, press Alt+F9 to toggle
off the display of field codes.
