Organizational hierachal report

Hi, Gang,

I need some help with creating a report(s) that will work within the
hierachy of our organization but I'm not necessarily looking for an
org chart. I have a table to data for each employee. In that table,
I have the employee, their supervisor, their PC equipment, cell phone
plans, etc. I would like to create a report that would list the
number of cell phone plans for each supervisor. Here's where I'm
stuck: Say Kevin is a team lead and has 5 employees...the report
would show 5 cell phones. Mary is Kevin's supervisor, so if I were to
look at Mary's report, it would show 6 cell phone plans because it
would include Kevin's cell and everyone else below him. Does that
make sense? This is how my data is structured
