After several polblems with Contacts which have been resolved, I now have a problem with Organize. I can use the Rules Wizard after I click on the Organize button and it works fine but it is only good for rules with entries in Contacts. When I try to enter in a rule without the Wizard, I get the error message "could not open item, try again." when I click on Move and "the messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If problem persists, restart Outlook" when I click on Create.The majority of my rules are with contacts but I don't want to try and set up a dummy contact to see if works that way...
