MS XP + Outlook 2002 SP3 : I have been using the Outlook : Tool / Organize
function to do my own spam filtering. I used to be able to go there and the
Rules Wizard would let me add a favorable sender to a list that would then be
moved to my GOOD MAIL inbox. A week ago it quit and started ggiving a
message that said the action was stopped and to check my Folder Permissions –
when I do that I get a message that says that’s not possible without MS
Exchange???
