I want to create some sort of a rule to use move items
from my Deleted Items folder to various other folders
based on a word in subject or perhaps a sender or
receipient of the messages. I don't care if it happens
when I move items to my Deleted folder or if I run the
rule manually once a week.
However, Rules seem to only kick in when you receive or
send a message.
Under Rules Wizard, the first item is Apply Changes to
This Folder -- but my Inbox (Microsoft Exchnage Server) is
the only choice onthe pulldown menu.
I may also want this rule to apply to my Sent Items folder
or I can just delete those items once a week and let the
Deleted Folder rule take care of it.
