Hi all,
i am using outlook 2003, i want to schedule a meeting for
some people, i will not be a member of this meeting, just
want to organise it. Is there a way to organise a meeting
and it should not appear in my calendar.

you will need access (permission) to the other peoples calendars and set up
the appointment in their Calendar.
