Hi,
Can custom fields be added to email messages, both sent and received? I'd
like to be able to add a field for keywords and put in job name/number or
other such information to make searching for messages related to a job
easier. Also, can messages be linked together so you can get a threaded
view like you get with a newsreader? TIA.
If Outlook can't do it, is there a third party add-in or other program that
can?
