Organizing slides

I've seen people use PPT similar to Excel. Does anyone know how to create a
presentation and organize the slides with bottom tabs (like worksheets in
Excel)? I want to organize my presentation by subject matter and be able to
switch between subjects as they come up during a discussion.

One way would be to create a navigation bar on the Slide Master using either
shapes or text. Click on each shape or piece of text and create a hyperlink
to the first slide of the desired section. Copy the whole navigation bar to
the Title Master if you want it to appear on the separator slides.
