Orientation Problem in Developer's Access Report

My company recently hired a developer to produce a software application
using MS Access 2000 and VB Script. The project is completed except for one
small problem. This application produces several reports based on
forms/subforms. Most of these reports are automatically set to print in
landscape orientation. One report, however, refuses to print in landscape
orientation. It is possible to go to Page Preview and set up the individual
report for landscape orientation before printing that individual report page,
but not when printing an entire report.

This problem seems to occur on only one printer model -- an HP ColorJet
4600DN laser printer. Although the applicaiton was developed using Access
2000, it generally works fine in computers using Access XP and 2003. Most of
our company's printers have XP Professional as the OS.

Although it would seem the problem is with the specific printer model
itself, I'm only trying to rule out any programming and/or Access issues. We
have used every Service Pack that Office 2000, XP and 2003 have produced. We
have updated WinXP with SP2. We have reinstalled the printer drivers. No
change. The developer says the problem is not with his design. Is there a
solution to this or is there something else I should be looking at?
