Original Normal.Dot

I use Office 97 under XP Home.

Years ago I changed my normal.dot to suit my needs at the time. Now I
would like to go back to the original, out of the box normal.dot. (Yes,
I know I should have made a backup. :) .) What is the simplest way to
do this. I've looked on the CD for something called normal.* but can't
seem to find it.

You need to delete the Normal.dot file and then restart
Word. This will set it back to the original style. Use
the search facility in Windows Explorer to find the file.
