Hello,
We are getting ready to upgrade from Office 97/Outlook2000 to Office 2003. I
am using the ORK to automate most of the setting but am having trouble with 2.
1. The OST file that outlook creates will not go where I want it to. I want
it on my d partition under a folder call my exchange (d:\my exchange).
Currently it goes to C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.ost
I have chaged the location on the Custom Install Wizard, but it still does
not go to the correct location. I have looked at my *.prf file in notepad and
this is what it looks like
OfflineAddressBookPath=D:\My Exchange
OfflineFolderPath=D:\My Exchange
The funny thing is the OAB do end up there.
HELP PLEASE
2. We are wanting to put a local copy of the cabs on the d partition when we
install office. D:\My Drivers\Office 2003 is where I want them but they do
not seem to be any where. In my setup.ini file this is the Cache section
CDCACHE=1
LOCALCACHEDRIVE=D:\
DELETABLECACHE=0
PURGE=0
HELP PLEASE
