Word/Excel 2003 viewers installation

From all MS office packets only the Excel 2003, Word2003 and PP 2007
Viewers
are installed on my machine (win xp pro sp2).

However, the installers of Excel and Word 2003 Viewers are
using strange directory as installation cache.

For details see following fragment from the installation log please:

I wish that all temp files required for installation and maintainance of
the viewers are located in D:\InnyCache\Temp\Admicio - IN THE SAME
DIRECTORY AS IXP000.TMP.
But the installer places those files on my Z partition,
which I have for quite different purposes.
I don't want the Viewer installer is placing here any files.

How can I cause the installer uses D:\InnyCache\Temp\Admicio directory
as own cache ?

Well.
Have found out something more about this directory.
Tried to empty that using disk cleanup utility.
But that tool doesn't see any disk space usage on this place (0 B).
So I can't remove that folder using disk cleanup utility.

Any hints please ?
