OSA9 is chewing up lots of CPU (like up to 99%). It seems
to be somewhat good about relinquishing when another
foreground task is active, but does seem to be slowing up
mail retrieval (POP3) via Outlook 2K.
I disabled FindFast, per KB 210875, but that seemed to
make no difference...
