OSA9 not responding

When attempting to open a Word ducument(now or existing)
will not diplay document. Everything else works. Ctrl-Alt-
Delete say "OSa9 not responding" "End Task" seems to work
but still cannot open document. Only solution is to
Restrart Computer. Any ideas??
