Why do you want it back? It's only a cache of the Exchange mailbox. Just
resync and it will rebuild.

questions

I tried to get the file back but in the end I have just read about doing a
restore and has just worked taken me back a couple of hours but I am very
happy. Now just got to find the ost and convert to a pst?
