OT - Changing Desktop Wallpaper using VBA

Is it possible to change the windows desktop wallpaper from VBA without
admin permissions to the PC? Code samples would be much appreciated.

Probably not necessary to remind you, but remember that the user has most
likely chosen his/her wallpaper for a reason. Changing it without their
permission will likely not be appreciated!

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\Wallpaper
